The foundation focuses on building educational opportunities for aspirants preparing for UPSC, MPSC and other competitive exams, especially students from underserved communities.

Who we are

About Kawish

"KAWISH FOUNDATION", Aurangabad — under the patronage of YASH CHARITABLE FOUNDATION — has been launching various initiatives for educational counselling, teaching, and career development since 2012.

The primary aim is to mentor and nurture talent among students from minority and other weaker sections of society. The target group includes students from Classes IX onwards up to post graduation, as well as parents and teachers who seek to prepare for civil services and other competitive examinations.

These initiatives place special emphasis on creating awareness about various higher professions through the Civil Services Examination and helping participants with early goal-setting and strategy.

To date, the foundation has successfully conducted more than 21 batches, 30 seminars, and numerous career guidance sessions and webinars.

Muhammed Shoeb Siddiqui

Muhammed Shoeb Siddiqui brings over 45 years of experience in education and allied fields, with a focus on preparing young minds for UPSC, MPSC, and other competitive examinations. His work emphasises support for minorities, OBCs, and marginalised sections, encouraging them to pursue civil services for national development. His son, Mohammed Nooh Siddiqui, secured AIR 326 in the UPSC Civil Services Examination, 2017. Mr. Shoeb Siddiqui envisions structured guidance for exams including UPSC, MPSC, NEET, NDA, Combined Defence Services, railway and police recruitment, and similar competitive pathways — shaping futures with inclusivity across domains.
